They are well worth the investment. Bryan Kest does a fantastic job conveying the spirit of the "power yoga." I tend to use the tapes when I am having trouble motivating myself to work out. Otherwise I have been using the "Power Yoga" book that’s on sale at major bookstores (Bender–something is her name) Best Wishes
