Karen Voight has a good tape out. Don’t think it’s quite an hour, but can’t imagine anyone that would want to JUST STRETCH for that long. Lost my copy in my last move, so don’t remember the title, but you might want to try looking it up somewhere by her name. (Love all of her other tapes, BTW)

I’m looking to buy a video tape for streching, but couldn’t find a single title on AMAZON. I don’t what Yoga, Tai-Chi, or low-impact aerobics. Just a full hour of guided streching.
I’m not familiar with any, but you can check out Video Fitness’s stretching video reviews at http://videofitness.com/videofitness/reviews/stryoga.cfm. There are a lot of yoga videos but quite a few non-yoga as well.
