PostRun Stretching?

Hello, I’ve started running again in may May. I’m now up to 5.6 mi. 4 times a week and lift on the off days. I was doing fine till I started trying to shave time off of every run. My legs are now bothering me alot after the runs and even on the off days. –Can anyone suggest any stretching or yoga positions I can try post run to help elliviate or at least minimize the pain I’m experiencing.
I’ve heard that some people ice their legs and feet after a run. Supposedly. Edwin Moses iced his entire body after a hard workout. I’ve had sore feet lately and tried it, but was too much trouble. I don’t have a big bucket or bowl that my feet could fit into. I also made the mistake of putting in crushed ice before adding the water. OH MY GOD it was cold! add cubes after the water is poured. much better..
