She is amazing. I went for 6 months, and am planning on returning to this group. Also, Misty Cary is another great Kundalini teacher. I have been doing yoga on my own for 2 months but I am finding the need to go back to this group. Stephanie

If anyone could give me a lead on some classes in the Los Angeles area it would be much appreciated. I do practice yoga on my own but have never learned firsthand through a yoga master. I have been told that it is better to learn with a teacher to gain fuller insight into yoga. Hope to hear from some of you soon. Gary
Response:
Call Yoga West on Robertson Blvd., if you’re in the W.L.A. area. If you can get to some of Shakti’s classes, you’ll have a very thorough introduction to yoga’s many aspects. Best wishes, Kirpal http://www.yogibhajan.com/ikytabody.html#California
Response:
Yoga Works in Santa Monica has two locations. One is on Montana Ave.(310) 393-5150. The other is on Main St. (310) 393-5150, also. They have a fantastic schedule of classes (at least 8/ day) at each location, and have multiple levels of Hatha and Ashtanga as well as some great specialty classes. They are a great resource in the LA area.
