In San Francisco, I highly recommend Bob Butera’s classes. He teaches 3 times a week and combines a philosophical and spiritual discussion with the postures– it is not just a series of physical postures. Makes it much more interesting in my opinion. I recently moved from Oakland, California to San Dimas, California (near Pasadena) and would like to find a Yoga instrcution in the area. Someone mentioned Santa Monica Yoga.. I will have to see if it’s far from here, but if anyone knows of other places near me, I would be happy to hear about them. Also if anyone’s looking for an excellent Yoga instruction in the San Francisco Bay Area (east bay, Oakland), I would recommend Piedmont Yoga studio on Piedmont Avenue (off of Broadway).
