No. It’s quite effective as exercise. As for the rest, it’s there when and if you want it. -Ed

I just found that because of my body type – I should do no more exercise than a light bicycle ride as a daily exercise, but a good bout of Yoga is quite acceptable..(for me) I thought I was kidding myself with my diet, and felt that I ought to pre-empt getting fatter as I get older and made my diet much more "healthy" (less fast, salt and sugars). This has made me even more sick and weak – even to the point of low nutrition which lead to IBS kind of symptoms Some people need lots of heavy exercise and some only a bit – but regularity seems to be the key (again I can only speak for my own experience so far) Sue – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – but am i fooling myself?
