yoga in central connecticut???
Question:
after years of my subtle nagging, and after having read the article on yoga for the aging in the new issue of yoga journal, my mother has finally given in and will agree to take yoga classes! the problem is, where? she lives in southern central connecticut, and even the nearest supermarket is a good distance away. does anyone know of any yoga centers in new london, new haven, or hartford, or anywhere in between, that give classes for women my mother’s age? (late 50’s) thank you, i.

There’s a wonderful Yoga Center in New Haven: the Yoga Studio run by an Iyengar certified teacher. It’s 319 Peck Street, 203- 787-4475.
