Bikram and Antibiotics?

Question:

Why not call your pharmacist? Dr. Steve

Good idea. If M feels up to it perhaps he should go. He is more intuitive and has the ability to make good choices. Pray then choose I always say or seek the advice of your pharmacist. Of course he may tell you to call your doctor but if you do that your doctor may not call you back for a week so what good would that be? If you really, really want to go then go for it. I mean you probably won’t die just may be sick for the next week but hey it might be worth it. Jer’s party was worth it to me. A necessary body sacrifice. But my baby is worth it. – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – Hey! I am on a short term regimen of antibiotics for a urinary tract infection (I started this past Monday) and am scheduled for a full day Bikram yoga workshop this Saturday. If I feel up to it should I go? Will the heat and exertion help or hinder my healing? Will the profuse sweating hinder the fact that I need lots of water as my bladder heals? Thoughts anyone? M

Response:

The antibiotics will destroy your immune system first then may tackle the infection

antibiotics have inherent problems. that is true. with a low imune system any enerygy you use will detract from your bodys recovery from the anitbiotics leaving you very vonerable to future infiltration.

yes. meditate focusing on healing till you finnish your cycle and never take antibiotics again.

are you talking to me now friend? (smile) PS call your teacher anad ask them.

M, is that you? Your health always comes first, always. Sweating is bad. Guess I should take my own advice. Will you stay here for a while? The rest … Sara-louise-ojas
